InteriMarket is growing and we are looking for a top sales expert to head our new business development. This is a home based flexible position, with the expectation of travel for client meetings locally within the UK.
It is initially for a period of 6 months with pro-rata base + uncapped commission. We will be flexible on the details, for the right team member.
Key Experience and Skills:
Fundamental understanding between SPIN selling, solution selling, insight selling, Challenger Selling, Sandler selling with e-Experience in sales is ideally in B2B SaaS
Can work within both short term targets and long term targets to create a behavioural plan that supports those results, and understands how to profile prospects based on DISC
Commercial awareness of how sales, marketing, and other departments support short term goals and long term initiatives
Comfortable cold calling and all cold prospecting including understanding of how to build, track, measure a healthy pipeline in various CRM systems
Understand the effectiveness and have an ability to increase contract prices instead of lowering them or discounting. You believe in equal stature with your prospects and go a win-win or no deal approach 100% of the time
You understand the difference between taking an order from a prospect and selling to a prospect. You’re not afraid to take risk and you learn who to fail fast quickly and take away the lessons learned to improve your own capabilities
You’re comfortable talking about money and understand how to contract up-front (or close up-front) within all your interactions without getting stuck in a position of waiting or bargaining with the prospect
You understand how to approach RFPs and have a proven process to determine which opportunities are real and which ones are a bidding war and you have or know how to create a “pain chain” of the customer journey for all levels of stakeholders
Know how to build a 90-day action plan which aligns several stakeholders, goals, and founders’ objectives
